Easy to use - just drop in your phone. I attached it on my windshield and at suction is very solid - stronger than my last holder. Has additional attachments for vent and for dash, but haven't tried those so can't comment on their effectiveness.This cell phone mount was easy to install and, so far, has worked great. I have some nerve issues with my hands which made getting my phone in and out of my previous cell phone holder difficult. The eSamcore product is super easy to use…for which I am most grateful. I would recommend this product highly.My wife loves it and this is the first one that the vent attachment actually works great. I even tried it with my galaxy z fold 3 and it held it tightly "in the vent" without worrying about it falling out.Very easy to setup. The ball / hinge goes right into the socket for easy control.It’s good good adhesion. Suction cup seems to hold up well overall.Held my phone nicely and without issue.Mounting adhesive is not very strong. Came off on the first warm dayUpdate: For a few weeks now I have been using this phone holder in its vent mount holder configuration and I am pleased with its usefulness. The side arms and base of the telescoping holder are both wide enough to accommodate the Otterbox Defender case that protects my iPhone 13. While it is a two handed process for me to insert, or remove, my phone from this holder, I am okay with that because using this vent holder gives me handy verbal access to my phone that I didn’t have before.Lastly, bracket attaches to the vent louvre via a clamping system that is secure, stable, and importantly doesn’t damage the car vent. (See photos). I am pleased with the vent bracket’s design, engineering and manufacture. The folks who worked on this vent holder did a very nice job ….Hi. I’ve had mixed success installing this phone mount from ESAMCORE. Here’s what happened …My original plan was to use the holder in its windshield mount configuration with my Honda Accord. After reading the directions, I assembled the holder and prepped the inside of my windshield by cleaning it and drying it thoroughly. While sitting in the driver’s set, I experimented positioning the bracket to determine the best spot from my (the driver’s) seat. I then peeled the plastic film off of the suction cup, pressed the unit firmly to the windshield and, with some effort, depressed the locking lever. It was on there; solid.I adjusted the horizontal extension arm to its full length and discovered that I couldn’t fully insert my phone into the holder because the bracket that holds the phone was too close to the top of my dashboard. I thought that all I had to do was to reposition the holder to allow for more clearance and all would be good. That’s when the excitement began because I soon learned how very difficult it was to remove the suction cup from the inside of my windshield. The combination of the stickiness of the suction cup pad and its’ strong suction force together made it very difficult to break the suction seal by grasping the tiny nub on the suction cup. It’s an awkward grip and motion that soon became “swear worthy”. I ultimately removed the bracket from my windshield by carefully working a sharp edged, plastic, kitchen pot scraper in-between the suction cup and the windshield and breaking the vacuum seal. Now that I knew how to remove the bracket with certainty, I tried again this time leaving the plastic “protective film” on the suction pad. Unfortunately, this technique failed because, with the film on the sticky cup, I wasn’t able to create sufficient suction to keep the holder securely adhered to the glass. But, there was more thing to try …I have to admit, the vent bracket that came with this ESAMCORE kit was not my first choice. But, after trying it, I have to admit that I am pleased with how well it works. It is a simple affair that is easy to install and adjust. And, importantly, this small vent bracket supplies the functionality I needed without drama or hassle. In this instance, the “little brother/little sister” saved the day ….
